We want you to love your new home decor; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your rug within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Rug

  Carefully wrap the rug in its original packaging or a heavy-duty plastic equivalent to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Deliver the package to your nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
